Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests only under the following condition:
- The vehicle history report you received is inaccurate or contains false information.
⚠️ Please note: Our reports are generated using direct integrations with Carfax, NHTSA, and AutoCheck. Due to the reliability of these sources, inaccuracies are extremely rare.
Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original order placement.
- Any refund request submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to review the report properly
- Requests made after the 24-hour refund window
- Reports that are accurate based on available data from integrated sources
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:

- Use the subject line in the following format:“Refund Request [Your Order ID]”
Example: Refund Request 1001 - Include the following in your email:
- Your Order ID
- The report you received from Auto Detail Reports
- A comparison report or supporting evidence clearly highlighting the inaccurate or false information
Incomplete requests may result in delays or rejection.
Refund Processing
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
